Payment Methods
I accept payment by cash and cheque.
Initial visit
Please arrive 5 minutes early in order to fill out an initial history intake form.
Extended Benefits
If you have extended benefits through work you will likely be able to claim some or all of your fees for massage therapy treatments. Some benefit plans require that you have a doctor’s referral, others do not. I recommend that you look into your plan before you book an appointment. Some things to consider are: what kinds of therapies are covered, how many appointments will be covered, what percentage of each appointment is covered and how many you have left in the year. You are responsible for paying the full fee for your appointment and then applying to your insurer for reimbursement.
MSP
If you have coverage under MSP, you will still pay the full fee for your appointment and then I will fill out a card for you to mail in for reimbursement.
ICBC
Clients with ICBC claims require a referral for massage therapy from a doctor. If you have an ICBC claim, consult with your doctor and your claims adjuster regarding massage therapy treatments. You are required to pay the full fee for your treatment and then you can apply to receive reimbursement from ICBC.
Cancellations and Appointment Changes
24-hours notice is required to change the time of your appointment and to cancel. You will be required to pay the full fee for the missed treatment time if you fail to provide sufficient notice. If I am able to book someone else into your appointment time, you will not be charged.
