Elvina Meret RMT
Elvina Meret graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. She is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia and the Massage Therapy Association of BC. Elvina attends courses on an ongoing basis that focus on myofascial therapy, craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation.
Her approach to massage therapy is multi-faceted; some of the modalities that she includes in her treatments are myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, swedish massage, craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation. Elvina is passionate about assisting clients as they work toward their goals for health and restoring strength and balance in areas of injury and pain. She considers the effects of postural dysfunction and makes recommendations for awareness and improvement of posture.
